For the last 3 hours I've been working on cutting the fat from my resume. My dear friend Gina offered to look it over & give me an honest critique. Her response was short, yet poignant.
Gina suggested " Less flower, more stem"
As would Morticia Adams, I'm trimming away the flower so to expose the lovely stems.
How does one sum up a lifetime of learned skills and experiences?
